  • One account per student.
  • Users are responsible for account security.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for minor accounts.

3.Privacy

4.Ownership of Content

  • Students retain ownership of all content they create.

b. License to Argumindo:

  • Users grant Argumindo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process submitted content solely for educational purposes.

c. Argumindo Content:

  • All curriculum, videos, and platform materials are owned by Argumindo and may not be redistributed or commercially used.

5.Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Harass or bully others.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Upload malware or scrape data.
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

6.Educational Disclaimer

Argumindo does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, competition success, or performance improvements. All feedback is advisory and educational only and does not constitute professional coaching or certification.

7.Subscription & Payments

  • Monthly and annual plans available.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

  • No refunds for partial periods.

8.Termination

  • Users may cancel anytime.
  • Argumindo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment.
